How to order

Placing an Order

To place an order you must have a valid account with us. No deliveries will be made until the account has been approved or the order has been pre-paid.

For efficient delivery and service please assist by quoting:

  • your ACCOUNT NAME
  • your ACCOUNT NUMBER
  • What date/day you want the order delivered
  • your name

Orders can be placed by telephone or fax, to:

  • +61-8-9376-9376 (phone)
  • +61-8-9377-3744 (fax)

To ensure next-day delivery, please place your order by the following times:

  • Delivery Tuesday – Saturday: order by 2:00pm (local time), the day before
  • Delivery Monday: orders placed by 11:00am Saturday, or on Sunday between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

Delivery Service

Perth Metro Area (including Mandurah):
Our Perth metro delivery service is available to approved Danish Patisserie account holders. Fresh product deliveries are available Monday to Saturday. Frozen product is delivered twice weekly.

Regional Western Australia:
WA clients outside our delivery zone may nominate their carrier of choice for delivery from Perth. We will deliver to their carrier’s Perth depot on the designated delivery date.

Interstate Delivery:
We can arrange delivery of frozen produce across Australia. Our preferred carrier is Rand Transport, a fully accredited frozen transport company.
